Follow this amazing experience
We have conducted a preliminary survey among all heads of ngo’s, network and network members in order to, on Uhand identify the best practices and the most successful methods and approaches that they use to manage and coordinate their national networks, and on the other hand to figure out the weak points and aspects in their work that need to be improved. SEE THE RESULT On the basis of the information compiled and processed recommendations will be worked out and proposed. The survey will be conducted through 1) questionnaires preliminary compiled and disseminated electronically among all heads of networks and members by the project team and 2) focus groups organised by the partners in their country and will involve members of their national networks.
We will organise three 7-day Training Courses on project cycle management, capacity building, networking and building sustainable networks and organising promotional and public awareness campaigns for all network members from the project partner countries. Members from the other networks who would like to participate in the training course will be invited to join. 15 trainees (3 participants from each partner organization) will attend each training course in the 3 venues (Spain, Brazil, Tanzania). The trainees will be select on the basis of preliminary developed criteria and will participate in one or more of three training courses. Preparatory activities will be held before each training course in order to produce power point presentation (20 minutes for each partner) about the main topics of each meeting: cultural heritage, sustainable development and poverty.
